Modification & Cancellation

If you change your mind about your order, please contact us via sale@frendygifts.com. We’ll confirm once the Modification or Cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order will be locked for processing and can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Please be informed that:

• The production time is extended by 1-2 days for modification.
• The process of modifying your design may take significantly longer, which may impact the overall delivery timeline.
